my first nap in my swing with my best friend elephant

The blue elephant on the fabric of her swing to her left seems to tell her lots of jokes because she is always smiling at him. This was the first time she fell asleep in her swing. She usually plays for a while and then wants out but today she gave in and fell asleep.

My first day back to work :(

I was so sad to leave but I fed her and played with her. I got her dressed for the day and put her down for her nap before I left so it was all okay.

3 months old

Ava had her 3 month check up and weighed in at 11lbs 6 ounces and is 24 inches long.

My first Mothers Day with my sweet baby Peat

Scott got me my own "Ava Mug" it has a photo of Ava smiling and says "I love you mom!" :) What a great day.

11 weeks old

Grandma and Grandpa Peat are here for a visit. Ava is having fun and smiling and laughing all the time.

We got this little sweater for her because Grandma Van Horn discovered that our little Ava does not like to be cold. She was having a great day, taking naps and just hanging out with mommy

10 weeks old and giving mom a break

She is growing and growing. She has actually outgrown some of her clothes. That tshirt is T-I-G-H-T!!! and I don't mean that it's cool :)
